MCCA staff are preparing to follow Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order that goes into effect Wednesday evening (March 25th). During that time the law dictates that MCCA employees provide essential onsite services only. Here are the essential services that we will continue to provide during the stay home order:
- Financial services: Escrow requests, mortgage refinance requests, accounts payable, payroll.
- Safety and sanitation services: Empty trash cans & restock mutt mitts, monitor beaver dams, emergency tree work (people or property are in danger).
- Security services: Security patrols, basic vacation checks (drive by only).
- Communication services: “check in” phone calls for our “at risk” residents, coordination of our volunteer response, and email updates to the MCCA community as necessary.
Office staff will work remotely, checking email and phone messages (425-316-3344). The best way to reach us is by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Phone messages will be checked by staff throughout the day. Security will continue to answer their phone during their regular business hours.
We are all feeling the stress of these uncertain times. I thank you for your patience as we navigate this uncharted course. Please contact us if you would like a “check in” phone call, or if you would like to be placed on our volunteer list.
