Incorporated in 1983, the City of Mill Creek is a vibrant, suburban community of about 20,000 people, where residents live, shop, and enjoy a quality lifestyle.<\/p>\n

The Mill Creek Community Association is only a portion of the city, encompassing approximately 40% of the city\u2019s population. While MCCA and city agencies often work closely together, it is important to note that they serve different roles in the community and have different responsibilities. We are pleased to be neighbors with the Mill Creek Country Club<\/u><\/a>, the Mill Creek Tennis Club<\/u><\/a>, and the West Coast Aquatics Swim Club<\/u><\/a>. While we enjoy a close relationship with these organizations, their membership is completely separate from MCCA and each organization has its own fees and membership requirements.<\/p>\n
