Assessments are due annually on July 1. You may make your payment either through your <a href=\"http:\/\/payhoa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>PayHOA<\/u><\/a> account, or by check, as per the instructions on your annual billing statement. To avoid a late fee, please be sure that your payment is received before July 31.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Single-family Homes<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Single-family homes pay the full MCCA annual assessment (dues).
