Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

MCCA Security is here to keep a watchful eye on the Association and report issues they observe to the police when appropriate. Security is also available to check your home daily while you are on vacation, just complete a Security Check Request Form<\/a>, and put it in the MCCA Drop Box outside the office, or email it to security@mcca.info.<\/p>\n\n

While Security is on patrol, they will pick up packages (at owner request), let you know if your garage door is open in the evening, facilitate welfare checks when requested, and assist members. Security does everything from jump starting cars, watching for lost cats and dogs, and simply providing directions for residents.<\/p>\n\n

Maintenance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Our Maintenance team works to ensure that our trails and green spaces look their best. We have over 160 acres of common area which we have divided into different maintenance categories. The MCCA Maintenance Service Level Agreement<\/a> shows how our team works to maintain each area within MCCA.<\/p>\n\n
