In 1983 MCCA and surrounding developments were incorporated as part of the City of Mill Creek.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MCCA is a home owners association within the City of Mill Creek boundaries, and while we enjoy a close relationship, we have separate and distinct roles within our community.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MCCA has three principle objectives:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To foster a sense of community;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>To communicate and respond to membership concerns;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>To maintain common areas and covenant standards throughout the association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=269\">Learn more about MCCA\u2019s history and mission<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Quick Facts:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MCCA includes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=14\">48 separate divisions<\/a><\/span>\u00a0of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments.<\/li>\n<li>MCCA serves about 10,000 residents, nearly 1\/3 of the city\u2019s population. While all MCCA residents live within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofmillcreek.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>City of Mill Creek<\/u><\/a>, not all city residents live within the Association.<\/li>\n<li>MCCA owns and maintains over 160 acres of common areas, including a large nature preserve, play areas, parks, green spaces, and an extensive <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trail system<\/a><\/span>\u00a0connecting these areas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>MCCA has a non-seasonal staff of 10-15 employees who handle all operational responsibilities. The organization is also overseen by a large number of volunteers who serve on the <a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=112\"><u>board of directors<\/u><\/a>. and our various <a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=8\"><u>committees<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>MCCA&#8217;s <u><a href=\"https:\/\/mcca.info\/?page_id=5\">annual dues<\/a><\/u> are paid by all households to support the operations and maintenance within our association boundaries.
