MCCA Assessments
Your dues provide for maintenance of all MCCA common areas, pocket parks, trails, facilities, trail or informational signage, MCCA staff (administration, maintenance, security), MCCA-owned vehicles, MCCA amenities and social activities, and other related costs. Assessments are due annually on July 1. You may make your payment either through your PayHOA account, or by check, as per the instructions on your annual billing statement. To avoid a late fee, please be sure that your payment is received before July 31.
Single-family Homes
Single-family homes pay the full MCCA annual assessment (dues). MCCA pays for neighborhood entry maintenance (water, power, landscaping) for all single-family home neighborhoods.
