The results are in for the 2024 MCCA Board of Directors elections. The votes are counted as directed in Article III, section 3.2 of the MCCA Bylaws, which states, “Members will be entitled to one vote for each Single Family Lot. Owners of Living Units shall have votes equal to the allocation of assessments paid by the Living Unit.” Single-family units pay 100% of the annual assessment, so their vote is weighted as 1.
Townhome units pay 75% of the annual assessment, so their vote is weighted as .75.
Condo and Apartment units pay 50% of the annual assessment, so their vote is weighted as .50.
The candidates who won seats on the board are:
Angela Darby – 860.25 votes
Kristi Zevenbergen – 839.75 votes
Sid Siegel – 813.25 votes
Mel Silver – 715 votes
