The packet you receive via email includes a link you can use to vote online. Once again, we are using Votegrity to handle the voting. If you lose your ballot, please contact the MCCA office (info@mcca.info) and we will be happy to provide you with one.
The packet also includes a copy of the updated MCCA Collections Policy. As state statutes change, we need to update our collections policy to match. This update includes the new process of sending a Notice of Delinquency to all past-due accounts. Look for our article in the April MillStream to learn more about this new process all community associations are required to follow.
